中国人民财讯报道，记者星期一（9月14日）从相关渠道获悉，中证协正就修订《证券经营机构及其工作人员廉洁从业实施细则》向行业征求意见。
报道称，《细则》健全了激励约束机制。明确薪酬追索扣回机制。证券经营机构确认工作人员存在廉洁从业违规情况的，可以依据劳动合同及公司制度，对相关责任人员实施薪酬追索扣回。
