据康方生物官微消息，在国际肺癌研究协会（IASLC）主办的2026年世界肺癌大会（WCLC）上，公司全球首创肿瘤免疫2.0基石药物依沃西（商品名：依达方®），对比帕博利珠单抗，一线治疗PD-L1表达阳性（PD-L1 TPS≥1%）的局部晚期或转移性非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）的随机、双盲、对照、多中心、注册性III期临床研究（HARMONi-2/AK112-303）的OS显著阳性结果重磅发布。
该研究成果作为Late-Breaking Abstract（LBA）被大会选为口头报告，并被选入本届WCLC官方新闻发布计划。截至目前，依沃西在多项头对头对比PD-1/L1疗法的III期临床中取得OS和PFS双阳性结果，并逐步拓展至肺癌以外的重大实体瘤领域。
