Ann Joo Resources (KLSE:ANNJOO) completed the disposal of its entire stake in Ann Joo Steel to Green Esteel, according to a Monday Bursa Malaysia filing.
The steelmaker sold around 613 million shares following the receipt of a 150 million ringgit completion amount.
