眼下，我国数字经济蓬勃发展，不断催生出新职业新岗位，在推动产业迭代升级的同时，也激发出新的就业潜力。
在北京的这个机器人训练场，一群年轻人正借助VR设备、机械臂等遥操作装置，控制机器人分拣物品、端盘子。
周莹莹是一名具身智能机器人应用技术员，平时除了数据采集处理，还负责具身智能的调试安装和日常运行维护。因为这个工作的从业人员已经达到一定规模，最近刚刚被列入第八批新职业。
记者在采访中了解到，新职业是从产业催生而来，因此更看重复合学习和落地适配能力。周莹莹所在的团队有30多人，专业背景就各不相同。
不仅是具身智能机器人应用技术员，随着我国具身智能产业加快迭代，围绕一台机器人，已经催生出20多个新职业、新工种。从操作硬件的工业机器人系统操作员，到训练机器人“大脑”的人工智能训练师，再到让机器人实际落地应用的生成式人工智能系统应用员，相应人才缺口超过了100万。
眼下，随着我国数字经济蓬勃发展，不断拓展出新的就业空间，智能制造催生出工业视觉系统运维员等新岗位，数字孪生工程技术人员服务于智慧城市等领域……人力资源社会保障部数据显示，截至目前，我国累计发布标注的数字职业已达到113个。
