ChainCatcher 消息，美光今日宣布，将向全球逾 6 万名员工发放 2026 会计年度奖酬，以肯定公司今年成果，此次奖酬为美光史上最高。台湾是美光全球技术领导的关键据点，约有 1.5 万名员工，累计投资逾新台币 1.6 兆元。
在台湾，2026 会计年度奖酬包括于 2025 年 8 月 29 日前到职员工每人新台币 100 万元感谢现金奖金，之后到职者按在职期间比例发放；最高达基本目标 500% 的年度绩效奖金，以及额外股票奖酬。台湾产线员工将获得相当于 35 至 68 个月薪资的整体薪酬。美光台湾员工 2026 会计年度现金薪酬将从新台币 170 万元起；初阶工程师平均现金薪酬为新台币 290 万元，含以授予价值计算的股票奖酬后平均整体薪酬为新台币 340 万元。年度绩效调薪股票奖酬将达 100% 覆盖。
针对美光未与工会达成共识即对外发新闻，工会收集会员意见后声明：基层要制度改革与对等协商，诉求改变 IPP 分红制度，改成 15% 分润制，一次性奖金不能解决，希望建立与公司实际获利直接连结的计算基础。若未获回应，工会将继续往罢工前进。劳动部表示相关讯息均已全面掌握，并持续与桃园市政府、中部科学园区管理局及台中市政府保持密切联系。
