消息面上，9月10日，在2026中国联通合作伙伴大会连接分论坛上，中国联通副总经理朱汉武表示，中国联通将以AIDN创新架构（AI定义网络）为指引，向“智”升级，持续做大连接规模、提升连接密度；升级算网调度能力、创新产品服务形态。根据中国联通的阐释，AIDN创新架构标志着网络从“连人连物”迈向“连接智能体”、从“传数用算”迈向“分发智能”的重要跃迁。
中国银河证券发布研报称，中国联通将科技创新放在发展全局的核心位置，正在实现由传统管道提供商向数智综合服务商的蜕变。上半年公司虽受增值税调整与人工成本投入节奏影响利润阶段性承压，但全年降幅有望收窄，中长期“连接+算力”成长逻辑清晰。
