金吾财讯 | 贝莱德（BLK）宣布，将通过旗下的“贝莱德未来建设者计划”在未来三年内向加拿大慈善投入1500万加元。该项目由贝莱德基金会资助，旨在扩大职业培训机会、完善学徒制体系，帮助加拿大培养下一代技术工人，以缓解当地日益严峻的技能人才短缺问题。这是该计划首次在美国本土以外设立慈善项目。目前，加拿大正迎来近代史上最大规模的基础设施与产业投资潮。据加拿大政府预测，未来五年内全国需新增约10万名技术工人以满足重点项目建设需求。据介绍，在第一阶段项目中，贝莱德将资助加拿大西部钢铁工人区议会，重点支持“角斗士”预备学徒培训项目、升级高级焊接认证，并建立全国性大宗木材技能培训能力。该初始拨款预计将惠及安大略省、阿尔伯塔省、魁北克省及大西洋沿岸地区近3000名学员。后续资金将在当地社区合作伙伴的指导下分批拨付给其他选定机构。贝莱德董事长兼首席执行官拉里·芬克表示：“加拿大面临巨大的投资与建设机遇，我们投资于技术人才，正是为支撑这一增长奠定坚实基础。”
