国家统计局公布最新房价数据！专家：楼市基本触底

据每经，国家统计局城市司高级统计师杨彩芳解读数据时指出，一线城市新建商品住宅中，上海、广州和深圳环比分别上涨0.4%、0.1%和0.2%，北京下降0.2%；同比来看，北京、广州和深圳分别下降2.3%、1.9%和2.3%，上海上涨3%。二、三线城市环比降幅总体收窄，同比指标分别下降2.7%和4.1%，降幅均收窄0.1%。 上海易居房地产研究院副院长严跃进书面分析指出：“目前楼市的情况逻辑很清晰，房价虽有小幅下跌，但下跌空间进一步收窄，说明房地产市场基本触底，结合各类利好因素如购房者入市信心增加，房价风险逐渐出清。”他在分析各项指标时指出：“观察今年以来一线城市的表现，新房价格指数环比基本持续为正，说明楼市的回稳还要看一线城市的示范作用。从同比指标看，各线城市都已经出现同比跌幅收窄，意味着虽然各地还有一些降价、让利，但空间在不断缩窄。尤其是从近期‘金九’起步的情况看，已经有一些城市的部分新房项目出现1%—3%的价格上涨，说明新房市场的供求关系逐渐向好。”
