【广济药业：拟挂牌转让长投安华酒店49%股权】广济药业公告称，公司拟在武汉光谷联合产权交易所公开挂牌转让所持湖北长投安华酒店有限公司49%股权，挂牌价格不低于经备案的对应股权评估价值2213.78万元，交易完成后公司不再持有长投安华酒店股份。公司控股股东长江产业集团全资子公司长江资管拟参与竞拍，本次交易或构成关联交易。该事项已经公司董事会审议通过，无需提交股东会审议，不构成重大资产重组。
