广州市人民政府办公厅近日印发《广州市海洋经济发展“十五五”规划》提出，壮大海洋电子信息产业。大力发展海底无线通信网络终端、海洋水声通信器件、海洋观测探测传感器、海洋探测雷达等产品。推进卫星互联网大星座与海洋产业深度融合，研制具有海洋环境适应性的卫星互联网终端和芯片，建设面向海洋产业的卫星互联网数据服务中枢。发展5G+北斗融合导航、空天地海一体化组网。构建海洋AI基础大模型，发展面向海洋探测、海洋养殖、航运等专用大模型，培育“AI+海洋”应用服务和解决方案产业，构建“感知—数据—模型—服务—交易”产业链闭环。
