观点网讯：9月13日，深圳市海柔创新智慧科技集团股份有限公司（简称“海柔创新”）向港交所主板递交上市申请，联席保荐人为高盛、中信证券。
招股书显示，海柔创新是一家仓储自动化领域的企业，专注于拣选自动化解决方案，拣选是仓库中最为劳动密集及耗时的活动。
此次为该公司再度递表。海柔创新曾于今年2月13日向港交所递交上市申请。
据招股书披露，2023年至2026年上半年，海柔创新累计亏损35.23亿元，流动负债净额达43.78亿元。
市场地位方面，海柔创新为全球最大ACR解决方案提供商，2025年按收入及出货量计市场份额超30%，业务覆盖全球40余个国家和地区。
