近日，邢台海关完成新版《中华人民共和国海关注册登记和备案企业信用管理办法》实施后的首次企业信用评定，宁晋县河北中仁化肥集团有限公司被新评定为AEO企业。截至目前，全市AEO企业已达29家，数量居全省第2位。

河北中仁化肥集团有限公司是国家级高新技术企业，40余款产品远销多个海外农业产区。据企业相关负责人陈静介绍，有了AEO资质，企业可享受优先办理海关手续、快速通关、降低查验率等诸多通关便利，便于更好开拓国际市场，进而在全球化肥市场占据一席之地。

据了解，新版信用管理办法在信用等级划分、认证标准等方面作出调整，新增设“认证企业”等级，与原有的“高级认证企业”共同构成AEO的两级梯队，为中小外贸企业提供了更具适配性的信用认定通道。在AEO企业培育过程中，邢台海关注重在县域特色外贸产业中培育龙头企业，以示范引领带动更多优质外贸企业参与AEO认证。对获得AEO资质的企业实行“培育转优化”长效服务机制，助企更好地参与国际竞争。
