9月14日，一笔链上转账完成后，收款人能否拿到可使用的本币，仍取决于当地支付网络。围绕CoinDesk九月十三日对Circle收购Tazapay安排的报道，Moneta Markets外汇表示，稳定币的商业价值正在延伸至银行接口、兑换与终端到账等环节，支付效率需要沿着整条链路衡量。

　　不同市场的付款习惯和账户体系并不相同。Moneta Markets外汇认为，覆盖更多地区固然有助于拓展业务，但同一通道能否处理企业付款、小额收款及退款，才关系到日常可用性。网络名单上的一个市场，并不必然意味着其中每一类客户都能采用相同的交易路径。

　　在实际结算中，链上速度只是总耗时的一部分。资金转入银行账户时，还可能遇到资料核验、营业时段和本币流动性限制。若终端处理延迟，前端技术带来的时间节省就可能被抵消，这也是观察跨境支付时，需要区分链上确认与最终到账两种口径的原因。同时，不同币种的兑换深度也会影响报价稳定性，收款方最终获得的金额应与前端展示口径一致。

　　随着稳定币进入更多商业场景，Moneta Markets外汇提到，完整交易成功率、到账稳定性和兑换成本，比单项技术参数更能反映客户体验。本地伙伴能否持续提供服务，将影响网络扩展后的实际使用频率，而商业规模最终仍需由真实付款需求支撑。
