支持金融机构加强科技企业评价机制创新，从传统侧重财务指标评价向侧重科创能力评价转变，依托科技金融领域数据库，用好“沪科积分”，构建科技金融专属评价体系，为科技人才和科技型企业精准画像，加快开发适配的科技金融产品。
