【药明康德：可转债转股致H股已发行股份变动】药明康德公告称，2026年9月14日，公司根据人民币67.80亿元于2027年到期之美元结算零息可转换债券转换及发行H股，每股转股价格为153港元。本次转股后，公司已发行股份由537,665,314股增至537,718,120股，变动占比0.01%，库存股数量维持20,148,900股不变，已发行股份总数增至557,867,020股。本次股份发行已获董事会授权批准，符合相关上市规则及监管规定。
