【宜通世纪：拟投建储能电站一期项目 总投资约4.30亿元】宜通世纪公告称，公司全资子公司广东众益鼎新能源技术有限公司下属孙公司曜储储能科技有限公司，拟投资建设恭城曜储200MW/400MWh独立共享储能电站一期项目，项目计划总投资约4.30亿元，资金来源为自有资金和自筹资金，建设地点位于桂林市恭城瑶族自治县门楼村，计划建设期为自项目备案完成之日起24个月。该投资事项已经公司第六届董事会第六次会议审议通过，无需提交股东会审议。
