【嘉泽新能：基础设施公募REITs项目获证监会注册批复】嘉泽新能公告称，公司下属风电项目为底层资产的国金嘉泽新能源封闭式基础设施证券投资基金项目，近日获上交所出具上市及挂牌转让无异议函，2026年9月14日获中国证监会准予注册批复。该基金为契约型封闭式，合同期限16年，募集份额总额3亿份，基金管理人为国金基金管理有限公司，托管人为交通银行股份有限公司，需自批复下发之日起6个月内完成募集，募集期限自发售之日起不超过3个月。公司将推动项目发行上市相关工作。
