A unit of Acme International (HKG:1870) won the bid for 50 years of land use rights of certain land located in Guangdong Province, China, for 15.8 million yuan.
Unit Lechang Green Energy Storage Technology and the Bureau are expected to enter into a land use rights grant contract within 30 days, according to a Monday bourse filing.
The company intends to use the land for the construction and development of an energy storage project.
