携程集团（09961）涨超3% 富瑞指其次季业绩好过预期

金吾财讯 | 携程集团-S（09961）股价探底回升，午后维持高位，截至发稿，报321.2港元，涨3.21%，成交额10.29亿港元。消息面上，携程集团公布，第2季由盈转亏，亏损24.58亿元（人民币，下同），去年同期则录纯利48.46亿元；每股亏损3.89元。季内录得亏损，主要由于被国家市场监督管理总局处以反垄断罚款52亿元，导致一般及行政费用增加至63亿元。第2季净营业收入为156.63亿元，按年升5.52%；经调整EBITDA录得45.65亿元，按年跌6.5%。富瑞研报指，公司2026年第二季财报好过预期，总营收符合市场共识，且较富瑞预期高1%。经调整经营利润（扣除以股份为基础的薪酬支出及反垄断罚款）较市场共识及富瑞预期更高4%。经调整每股盈利亦优于市场共识及富瑞预估。将关注包括对新佣金模式的反馈，及在宏观不确定性下的旅游业需求。暂对该股持“买入”，目标价为491港元。富瑞指，携程经调整营业利润（扣除以股份为基础的薪酬支出及反垄断罚款）约43.7亿元，高于市场共识及富瑞预期约42亿元。经调整营业利润率（扣除以股份为基础的薪酬支出）为28%（亦高于其预估的27.1%）。经调整盈利48亿元，高于市场共识的41亿元及富瑞预估的38亿元。
