智通财经APP获悉，内房股集体回暖，截至发稿，绿城中国(03900)涨 6%；龙湖集团(00960)涨5%；旭辉控股集团(00884)涨3%；新城发展(01030)涨2%。
消息面上，国家统计局15日公布数据显示，8月份，70个大中城市中，一线城市商品住宅销售价格环比上涨，二三线城市环比降幅总体收窄。国家统计局新闻发言人、总经济师、国民经济综合统计司司长付凌晖同日在国新办新闻发布会上表示，尽管新建商品房交易减少，但随着二手房交易的增加，房地产市场交易总量趋于稳定。
国信证券指出，8月地产基本面指标整体偏弱，但房价趋势相对积极。考虑到当前地产股折价幅度已对未来房价跌幅充分甚至过度悲观定价，我们重申地产股具备价值空间、股价处于中期底部。虽然8月28日出台的房地产现房销售新规对市场情绪产生了冲击，但我们认为该政策力度相对温和，且对行业长期影响利大于弊。
