9月16日，携程（9961.HK）发布2026年第二季度财报。财报显示，公司实现净营业收入人民币157亿元，同比增长6%；经调整EBITDA为人民币46亿元，较去年同期的49亿元有所下降。
受国家市场监督管理总局反垄断处罚影响，携程在Q2财报中确认约52亿元一次性费用，因此录得净亏损24亿元；若剔除反垄断处罚影响，净利润为27亿元。
携程公告显示，分业务来看，住宿预订营业收入为66亿元，同比增长6%；若剔除处罚相关抵减收入因素，同比增长8%。交通票务营业收入为54亿元，同比下降1%；旅游度假业务营业收入为12亿元，同比增长8%；商旅管理业务营业收入为7.71亿元，同比增长11%。
值得注意的是，第二季度携程国际平台收入同比增长超过50%，入境游收入在此前较高基数上继续实现同比高双位数增长。
二级市场方面，截至9月15日收盘，携程集团港股小幅上涨，报311.2港元/股，总市值2228亿港元，今年以来累计跌超43%。
