Frontken Unit Buys Taiwan Industrial Property for NT$920 Million

Frontken (KLSE:FRONTKN) unit Ares Green Technology acquired an industrial property in Tainan, Taiwan, for NT$920 million, according to a Tuesday filing.
The property comprises 16,172 square meters of land and seven factory buildings.
The acquisition, awarded through a public tender, will be funded from Ares Green Technology's internally generated funds.
Frontken said the property will provide additional space for future production lines and support AGTC's expected capacity requirements and medium- to long-term growth.
