【香港：探索打造低空经济出海示范合规基地】香港特区政府16日正式公布《香港特别行政区经济和社会发展第一个五年规划》。其中提出，打造亚太区低空创新应用枢纽，制定并落实《发展低空经济规划行动纲领》。完善监管框架、标准制定、基础设施建设等，积极提升低空经济相关科研、人才培养及国际标准对接。发挥“引领、桥梁、示范”作用，在强化与内地监管框架有效衔接的基础上，探索打造低空经济出海示范合规基地。研究与内地联合推动设立国际低空经济合作组织。
