消息面上，煜荣集团发布公告，于2026年9月15日(交易时段后)，本公司董事会已获本公司控股股东彩辉投资有限公司(彩辉)告知，其已于2026年9月8日至2026年9月15日期间出售合共1.76亿股本公司股份(股份)，占本公司于本公告日期已发行股本总额约38.54%。
紧接股份出售前，彩辉拥有1.88亿股股份的权益，占本公司于本公告日期已发行股本总额约41.27%。紧随股份出售后，彩辉持有1244.6万股股份，占本公司于本公告日期已发行股本总额约2.73%，因此不再为本公司的控股股东。
于2026年9月15日(交易时段后)，董事会亦已获Hellobaby International Limited告知，其已于2026年9月15日按每股股份约0.454港元向彩辉购买 1.32亿股股份，占本公司于本公告日期已发行股本总额29.00%，并已成为本公司的主要股东。
