智通财经APP获悉，携程集团-S(09961)今早开盘后下挫，盘中一度跌超3%，截至发稿，跌2.38%，报303.8港元，成交额1.79亿港元。
消息面上，9月16日早，携程集团公布2026年二季度财报，期内实现净营业收入157亿元，同比增长6%；经调整EBITDA为46亿元，较去年同期的49亿元有所下降。二季度，因国家市场监督管理总局反垄断处罚，公司确认约52亿元一次性费用，因此录得净亏损24亿元；若不考虑反垄断处罚影响，净利润为27亿元。
从细分业务来看，期内住宿预订营业收入为66亿元，同比增长6%；若剔除处罚相关抵减收入因素，同比增长8%。交通票务营业收入为54亿元，同比下降1%；旅游度假业务营业收入为12亿元，同比增长8%；商旅管理业务营业收入为7.71亿元，同比增长11%。
