《中国经营报》记者获悉，近日，工业和信息化部会同国家发展改革委等九部门联合印发《智能网联新能源汽车产业发展“十五五”规划》（以下简称“规划”）提出，到2030年，具备自动驾驶功能的汽车实现规模应用，高速公路、城市快速路、部分城市道路等场景实现高度自动驾驶，搭载自动驾驶系统车辆的安全性能大幅超过人类驾驶员。规划还提出，开展自动驾驶乘用车、公交车、干线物流、城市配送、特种作业等多场景示范应用，有序推进智能网联汽车准入和上路通行，并推动功能型无人车应用试点。
