Wood 指出，相关言论最初来自一名 Anthropic 员工长期未活跃的 X 账号，该员工入职仅 6 周后便离职，随后相关内容迅速进入主流媒体。David Sacks 还指称了相关事件的涉事方，并批评《华尔街日报》（WSJ）在其中扮演的角色。
Cathie Wood 表示，所有技术都有可能被用于恶意目的。她认为，包括 Elon Musk 在内，部分持续强调 AI 潜在风险的人并非政治阴谋参与者，而是在发挥积极作用。Wood 称：“解决问题的一半，包括 AI 在内，就是理解问题。”
