智通财经APP讯，翰思艾泰-B(03378)发布公告，于2026年9月13日，公司拟配售最多1340万份认股权证，其附带权利可按初步认购价每股认购股份36港元(可予调整)认购最多1340万股认购股份。认股权证将按每份0.36港元配售。
假设最高数目的认股权证按发行价配售，发行认股权证的所得款项总额及所得款项净额将分别约为482.4万港元及385.9万港元。发行认股权证的所得款项净额预期将用作公司的一般营运资金，包括支付公司薪金、租金开支及其他办公费用。
假设最高数目的认股权证所附认购权按初步认购价获悉数行使，预计将筹集额外所得款项总额最多约4.824亿港元。
配售事项以及配发及发行认购股份的所得款项总净额最多约4.86亿港元，预期将用作集团的一般营运资金，包括新产品的临床研究、推进下一代ADC及IO产品的研发、新分子╱抗体发现以及一般企业用途。
