9月10日，四川省凉山彝族自治州盐源县龙塘水库建筑石料用灰岩矿开发利用项目开工仪式在白乌镇举行。据悉，该项目资源量约9234.5万吨，设计生产规模275万吨/年，运营期不少于18年。

2026年7月，中建八局牵头的8家联合体以约67.94亿元投标报价中标该项目勘察设计施工总承包及生产运营（EPC+O）。

该项目位于白乌镇，矿区面积0.5218平方公里，露天开采石灰岩，开采标高2523米至2406米，矿石达建筑用石料Ⅰ类标准。采矿权由金铁矿业2024年1月以1.08亿元竞得，与利宏矿山合作开发、年保底收益847.5万元。EPC+O覆盖勘察、设计、施工、开采、加工及不少于18年生产运营全链条，建设工期160天。

项目达产后，将补齐盐源绿色建材链条，保障川西、攀西及滇东北基建砂石骨料刚性需求。
