新华财经北京9月15日电 美联储周一表示，未来一个周期内将连续第二个月不进行以储备管理为目的的美国国债券购买，这表明政策制定者认为当前金融体系中的银行准备金水平处于合适状态。
纽约联储公开市场操作部门计划在截至10月14日的月度周期内不开展储备管理购买操作。不过，该部门仍计划同期进行约156亿美元的再投资购买。
美联储暂停储备管理购买的决定表明，其对资金市场运行状况保持信心。这一点也体现在担保隔夜融资利率（SOFR）上，在过去一个月的大部分时间里，该利率一直处于银行准备金利率（IORB）附近或低于IORB水平。
同时，美国财政部也在季度纳税截止日前减少了国库券供应。这一变化并不意味着美联储货币政策或资产负债表策略发生转变。
