消息面上，近日，三和精化发布公告，本公司与Green Circle Decarbonize Technology Limited(Green Circle)订立一项策略性合伙协议(合伙协议)。根据合伙协议，本集团已获委任为Green Circle的 BocaPCM-TES Panels于中华人民共和国(中国)进行大规模生产的唯一供应商及独家制造商。
董事会认为，预期有关合作可透过结合本集团的营运灵活性及制造能力与GCDT获奖的节能解决方案，为订约双方带来互惠的策略优势，并创造重大的跨行业协同效应。此外，合伙协议载列合伙协议项下拟进行合作的框架，并进一步推进订约各方拟建立的合作关系。
