消息面上，Anthropic首席执行官Dario呼吁全球应当放缓人工智能技术迭代升级速度，让防范风险的能力跟上技术前进的速度。OpenAI首席执行官Altman、SpaceX创始人马斯克均表示赞同。隔夜美股软件股上涨，ServiceNow、Salesforce等位居涨幅前列。分析表示，随着围绕AI驱动软件颠覆的终局悲观情景继续缓和，Salesforce和ServiceNow可能日益吸引更长久期的GARP/价值型投资者。
花旗发表研报称，经审视所评级的11家中国IT服务及软件公司今年第二季及上半年业绩，当中超过一半表现好过或符合预期，行业呈现明显分化，花旗表示，AI收入正从概念驱动，逐步转变为实际财务贡献，行业龙头的AI变现已开始兑现。但强调行业分化明显。
