【海尔集团旗下一公司启动北交所IPO辅导】证监会网站披露，青岛海永顺创新科技股份有限公司于2026年9月14日在青岛证监局办理辅导备案登记，拟向不特定合格投资者公开发行股票并在北交所上市，辅导券商为中泰证券。辅导备案报告显示，截至2026年9月10日，海尔国际商社(深圳)有限公司直接持有该公司1703.19万股，持股比例为44.67%，为公司的控股股东。海尔集团公司为公司实际控制人。
