智通财经APP获悉，半导体产业链走强，存储芯片、第三代半导体等涨幅居前。截至发稿，天岳先进(02631)涨7.93%，报64港元；华虹宏力(01347)涨7%，报113.1港元；江波龙(09976)涨6.8%，报191.7港元；中芯国际(00981)涨4.12%，报63.25港元。
消息面上，高盛研报指出，受生成式AI及本地需求带动，预计中国半导体行业资本开支于2026至2030年将录得10%至15%增幅，至2030年达820亿美元；预计中国AI芯片潜在市场规模于2025至2030年年均复合增长率达69%，至2030年达6780亿美元。中原证券表示，目前半导体行业仍处于上行周期，AI为推动半导体行业成长的重要动力。
值得关注的是，工信部、国家发展改革委9月15日印发《电子信息制造业发展"十五五"规划》，提出到2030年规模以上企业营业收入突破30万亿元，明确推动集成电路全链条攻关。中原证券指出，目前半导体行业仍处于上行周期，AI及国产替代需求有望推动国内存储厂商显著受益于行业趋势，并持续提升市场份额。
