消息面上，近日，华勤技术发布公告，为满足公司发展及战略布局需要，公司全资子公司上海摩勤拟联合广州祺工智联股权投资合伙企业(有限合伙)、苏州广祺智行产业投资基金合伙企业(有限合伙)等机构共同参与投资北京紫锐芯行科技合伙企业(有限合伙)，并拟于近日签署《北京紫锐芯行科技合伙企业(有限合伙)之合伙协议》。
该合伙企业认缴资金总规模为人民币32,161万元，其中，上海摩勤拟作为有限合伙人认缴出资人民币1.005亿元，占该合伙企业认缴资金总规模的 31.2490%。
公司子公司参与投资北京紫锐芯行科技合伙企业(有限合伙)，合伙企业将聚焦集成电路等战略新兴产业，深度挖掘前沿细分赛道优质资产，强化产业链上下游布局。
