消息面上，据市场媒体报道，在2026飞书未来无限大会上，物美集团创始人、多点数智创始人张文中在大会上透露，多点数智即将在豆包上线本地生活与即时零售小程序“多点闪购”，目前已完成内测。据悉，豆包已是国内C端AI服务领先的核心流量入口之一，多点闪购将与豆包深度结合，为实体门店提供到店到家一体化服务。
近日，多点数智发布公告称，本公司董事会于近期收到本公司控股股东张文中博士通知，彼于2026年9月10日透过Celestial Limited以自有资金在公开市场首次购入本公司普通股股份合计136.14万股股份。增持事项反映控股股东对本公司长远发展前景的充分信心，尤其是本集团作为零售AI智能体服务商的战略定位、持续改善的盈利能力以及本集团的长期增长潜力。
