消息面上，近期，英诺赛科2026年中期业绩，公司实现销售收入8.34亿元，同比增长50.6%；毛利润为9708.2万元，同比增长156.50%，毛利率持续提升至11.6%。报告期内，毛利率的提升主要得益于公司高毛利产品占比提高以及产能规模效应带来的成本降低；集团共出货5.47亿颗，历年累积出货已超25亿颗，稳居氮化镓龙头地位。
高盛发布研报称，对英诺赛科覆盖15V至1200V的全面GaN产品组合及多元终端应用保持积极看法。管理层指出，公司已加快GaN产能扩张，目标在未来几年将GaN产能提升至每月7万片晶圆，以把握汽车和数据中心应用不断增长的GaN需求，以及中长期机器人领域的GaN需求。目前GaN在数据中心的采用仍处于早期阶段，公司仍在探索业务模式，包括与功率器件供应商合作，或直接与云服务提供商(CSP)客户建立合作关系。
