航班号为7598的一架波音767货机在迈阿密国际机场冲出停机坪，撞上两辆汽车。 据美国国家运输安全委员会发布的驾驶舱录音，其中一名飞行员曾因飞机着陆速度过快而下令中止着陆。
21 Air在一份声明中表示，“我们对自身的安全政策、流程和培训充满信心”。该公司表示，在调查继续进行的过程中，将专注于“与美国国家运输安全委员会以及包括亚马逊在内的所有合作伙伴密切合作”。
事故中遇难的五人和受伤的五人均在被飞机撞击的两辆车内。
