智通财经APP获悉，中信银行(00998)旗下中信银行(国际)(下称信银国际)继早前公布易帅后，再有高层人事变动。据媒体报道，在该行任职逾4年的财务总监隋洋(Ms SUI Yang)，上周初已经离任，并转投越秀集团成员创兴银行出任副行政总裁一职。
隋洋在本地中资银行界拥有丰富经验。市场资料显示，隋洋毕业于中央财经大学(原中央财政金融学院)，拥有经济学学士及硕士学位，以及西南财经大学金融学博士学位，为中国注册会计师协会会员。加入信银国际前，她曾于中银香港(02388)担任要职，被业界形容为“大掌柜”。
创兴银行作为越秀集团旗下的重要金融平台，近年在香港市场积极拓展业务。
