智通财经APP讯，华润医疗(01515)发布公告，本公司于2025年6月就燕化IOT协议争议向北京市第二中级人民法院提起新诉讼，要求法院判决解除燕化IOT协议，并判令燕化凤凰和╱或燕化医院支付相关违约赔偿款项以及返还燕化IOT协议下相关款项。
本公司近日已收到北京市第二中级人民法院日期为2026年8月26日作出的一审判决(新诉讼一审判决)，判令(1)确认燕化IOT协议于2025年7月2日解除;(2)判决燕化凤凰应返还经营管理权转让对价人民币4,559.98万元及利息(另计);(3)判决燕化医院应返还人民币12,728.68万元的未偿还无息贷款;(4)判决燕化方应支付人民币4,130.19万元的医院管理费损失及滞纳金(另计);及(5)判决燕化方应支付人民币13,355.81万元的综合服务交易停止损失及利息(另计)。双方均未于上诉期内对新诉讼一审判决提起上诉，因此新诉讼一审判决于2026年9月11日正式生效。
本公司将尽最大努力及依法采取所有适当行动以获取新诉讼一审判决的款项，维护本公司及其股东的利益。一般而言，执行法院判决的时间及结果会受实际因素影响。
