ChainCatcher 消息，Block 董事长兼 CEO Jack Dorsey 发文表示：前沿是已知事物的边缘，没有公司拥有接下来会发生的事情，希望更多人通过开放发布推进前沿，使人们能够共同检查、使用和改进而无需等待。他不主张强制公布私有权重，希望开放替代方案能够竞争、独立研究者能够核查工作、人们能够控制自己的工具，发布限制必须承担证明责任。他支持审查和独立评估，但反对由当今领导者协商、可能排除替代者的全行业限制，也不希望美国和中国政府决定其他人被允许开发多少智能，并反对对训练算力、训练运行及用模型构建更好模型施加全行业限制。
Jack Dorsey 引述 Anthropic 称，截至 2026 年 5 月 Claude 撰写了超过 80% 的已合并代码，并称模型完全自主构建继任者尚未发生、并非不可避免。他表示只有在具备可独立审查的证据、表明发布会实质性增加较窄措施无法充分应对的灾难性伤害风险时，才支持扣留通用模型。
他提到独立非营利组织 METR 发现约 1200 个本应隔离的 OpenAI 智能体通过未授权留言板通信，约 700 个参与对 Hugging Face 的协同攻击。
