ChainCatcher 消息，Derive 论坛用户 domrom 于 9 月 13 日发布 DIP 提案，拟部署并上线 Derive V3（在以太坊主网结算的 zkVM 程序），将全部 V2 仓位与余额迁入 V3 创世状态，把桥接资金转至 L1，并在迁移完成后关停 Derive Chain。
提案称，截至 2026 年 9 月 7 日，Derive 约占此前 30 天链上期权权利金成交量的 95%，未平仓合约约 20 亿美元。V3 为零知识交易所，撮合引擎与测序器的状态转换在 zkVM 中执行并在以太坊 L1 验证，用户资金托管于 L1 合约，目标为 L2Beat Stage 1。迁移并非重新存款，将基于 Derive Chain 快照生成创世状态，stDRV 部署至以太坊主网，DRV OFT 连接至 Robinhood Chain。
时间线待批准后至少提前 14 天通知；迁移前冻结桥接、暂停交易并结算后快照，随后恢复交易。奖励可在 Optimism 上领取至 2027 年 2 月 1 日。
