Skylink Holdings Completes Capital Reduction; Shares Slump 7%

Skylink Holdings (SGX:XZB) completed its proposed capital reduction on Sept. 15, according to a same-day filing with the Singapore Exchange.

The company lodged relevant documents with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority of Singapore on the same day.

Following the reduction, Skylink's issued and paid-up share capital stands at SG$50.6 million.

Shares of the motor vehicle dealer plunged over 7% in Wednesday trading.
