Henan Mingtai Al Industrial (SHA:601677) disclosed the termination of the plan to sell a 2.50% equity stake in Sanmenxia Aluminum to Jiaozuo Wanfang Aluminum.
The termination follows Jiaozuo Wanfang's decision to withdraw its restructuring application documents due to significant changes in the market environment since the transaction was initially planned, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
