IGT named Adam Chibib chief financial officer, succeeding Fabio Celadon, effective Nov. 1, subject to regulatory approval.

The company was formed via Apollo Global Management's 2025 purchase of Everi Holdings and the gambling and slot machine business of International Game Technology for about $6.3 billion.

The gaming, digital and financial technology company said Chibib "brings the public company, private equity and gaming experience we need for this stage of IGT's transformation." His CFO experience includes Raptor Technologies and Multimedia Games.

Celadon has been with IGT and its predecessor companies since 2002.
