Tare 由 Kevin Miao、Keerthi Moudgal 和 Lucas Vogelsang 共同创立，计划在 Avalanche 区块链上构建软件，为贷款创建数字记录并自动化管理相关的行政工作。Miao 表示，借款人支付的利息与投资者获得的收益之间的差额常被中间商吸收，区块链系统可自动化运营工作并消除额外成本。
