Arcee 未披露具体金额，知情人士称至少 1.5 亿美元。Arcee 成立于 2023 年，最初专注在已有模型基础上进行微调与优化，后转向从零构建开放权重模型，其创始人 Mark McQuade 曾任 Hugging Face 早期员工。资金将用于开发新的开放权重模型和产品，扩大与美国能源部合作，并与 Vista 投资组合公司合作。
