智通财经APP获悉，周三，芯片股普涨，英特尔(INTC.US)涨近5%，美国超微公司(AMD.US)涨近4%，西部数据(WDC.US)涨逾3%，希捷科技(STX.US)、SK海力士(SKHY.US)涨逾2%，英伟达(NVDA.US)、阿斯麦(ASML.US)、台积电(TSM.US)涨逾1%。
消息面上，当地时间周二， 美光科技CEO高级顾问、前执行副总裁兼首席商务官Sumit Sadana表示，即使美光正大幅提高资本开支，并在全球推进约20个扩产项目，当前内存严重短缺的局面仍难在短期内缓解。Sadana预计，真正有意义的新增供应要到2028年才会开始爬坡；至于供需何时重新恢复平衡，美光目前仍“看不到明确时间”。
