金吾财讯 | Circle Internet Group（CRCL）宣布，其专为金融市场、实时资金流动及智能体（AI Agent）经济打造的开放式Layer 1区块链“Arc”正式上线主网。作为Circle自USDC以来最重磅的基础设施升级，Arc在上线首日即吸引了包括贝莱德、洲际交易所、万事达卡、Visa等超100家全球顶级金融机构与生态伙伴入驻。据介绍，Arc具备多项针对机构及链上金融的核心功能：网络气体费（Gas）直接以USDC计价，避免代币波动风险；具备亚秒级确定性结算能力；集成Circle StableFX可实现24小时跨币种即时结算；并原生支持后量子签名与选择性隐私保护。此外，Arc还是首个从底层架构即为AI智能体经济设计的区块链。在共识机制方面，Arc初期由创投验证者团队通过“权威证明”（PoA）运行，并计划于2027年过渡至“权益证明”（PoS）。为此，Circle已在美完成100亿枚网络原生代币ARC的创世铸造，成为首家为其L1网络发行代币的上市企业。该代币未来将用于网络安全与治理，而交易手续费仍将维持USDC结算。
