智通财经APP获悉，周三，SK海力士(SKHY.US)就与英特尔(INTC.US)在美造芯传闻作出回应，称“尚未最终确定”。SK海力士并未否认双方进行过讨论，而是表示仍在评估扩大生产规模的各种方案。
此前有报道称，SK海力士正与英特尔磋商一项交易，若成行，其将首次在美国本土生产存储芯片。潜在方案之一为，SK海力士租用英特尔在俄亥俄州长期筹划的晶圆厂部分设施;另一方案为，与英特尔以及急于锁定存储芯片供应的主要云厂商组建合资企业。
SK海力士在声明中表示，公司正在“审查各种措施，包括建立额外的生产基地，以增强存储业务的竞争力”，但补充称“现阶段尚未确定任何事项”。
SK海力士还表示：“我们想澄清，关于报道中提到的任何特定公司合作或在美国生产存储芯片，目前尚未最终确定。”
据悉，英特尔拒绝就所谓的“猜测”置评，但补充称，公司仍在继续推进俄亥俄州投资，以做好该厂址的启用准备。
周三美股盘前，截至发稿，英特尔涨2.8%，SK海力士涨3.3%。
